U.S. Military on the Move® (MOM) is a real estate program offered by top independent real estate agents who are experts in their local markets. The MOM program is designed to give back to our military by offering a credit or a rebate on a home sale or purchase to eligible service members. The program is offered to all active duty and honorably discharged veterans.

What is the Military on the Move (MOM) program?
The Military on the Move program is a cash-back rebate program powered by LeadingRE, which provides a cash-back credit rebate to military consumers when they buy or sell a home through The Randall Family of Companies. This program was meant to provide the military consumer with an additional choice in national rebate programs, while helping network members attract and retain this nicheʹ of business.
Who is eligible?
LeadingRE rolled out the program nationally to those who are active duty, retired with 20 years of service, or wounded warriors. The Randall Family of Companies felt it was important to expand on the program and offer it to ALL active duty and honorably discharged service members.
What rebate percentage does the military consumer receive?
The military consumer will receive a 20% credit towards closing costs and prepaid items at closing.
What are the lender expectations?
The military consumer can use any lender they wish, including USAA or NFCU.
How would a military member register to take advantage of the program?
The customer is only required to register to participate in the program if they are not working currently with a Randall Family of Companies agent.
